We offer free shipping on orders above SGD180 within Singapore. Please note that we are unable to make changes to your order once the payment is confirmed.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 5:00pm (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day upon payment confirmation and shipped within 3 business days.

Payment has to be made immediately upon checkout for the order to be confirmed. Once payment is made, order is final and any cancellation/changes to order will be declined.

 

Tracking information

All local packages are shipped by registered mail. Upon payment completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order tracking number. You will receive a notification and Tracking SMS when your order is on its way to you.  If you are not around when your parcel is being delivered, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery fees for the third delivery attempt or more may apply.

Overseas purchasers are to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any orders. The recipient is also responsible for any out-of-delivery area and out-of-pickup-area surcharges. For all shipments, a tracking number will be provided for each international order. All orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. We strive to create a pleasant online shopping experience when you shop on sbookSG.com. We do accept the returns of damaged or defective items purchased on authorized website.

 

1. Please drop us an email at hello@sbooksg.com within 10 working days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Please include the reasons for return, your contact details, order confirmation number, and a closeup shot of the damaged/defective area in the email. An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is certified defective by us.

 

2. SBook® will reimburse the additional postage costs should we need to mail the damaged or defective item(s) back to us and we will thereafter provide free normal shipping of the exchanged item back to you. Cash refund is only processed when the exact item is out of stock. All exchange will be done via mailing only.
